Antique Chinese Yongzheng Blue and White Porcelain Charger with Bamboo & Anhua Decoration.

The charger decorated in shades of blue in the center with bamboo
 surrounded with rotating panels with flowering branches and leaves.
 The rim with the Anhua decoration. 
The back of the rim with underglaze blue with two flowering branches.
