Royal Delft Polychrome Cloisonné Tile. Association: Ver: Nederlandsch Fabricaat 1915 - 1925

The square majolica cloisonné tile decorated in colours with a beehive and three flying bees. Here under the Dutch text:

“VNF” was the logo of the “Dutch Product Association”, established in 1915 by “De Maatschappij”, promoting the sale of locally manufactured - rather than imported goods. Manufacturers meeting certain quality conditions were entitled to use the VNF logo on their products. De Maatschappij, together with the Commercial Office
(Bureau voor handelsinrichtingen, ) set up  the Association for Holding Annual Fairs as in De Jaarbeurs (Utrecht)  and De Rai (Amsterdam). Untill now a big succes.
Marked on the back with the impressed factory mark for:
