The tin glazed earthenware charger decorated in shades of blue on the whole plate with Dutch Brown sailing vessels, so called Bomschuiten arriving the beach at Scheveningen (The Haque) after a painting from H.W. Mesdag.
Under left: Naar H.W. Mesdag. (Hendrik Willem Mesdag 1831- 1915.)
Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:
