Dutch Blue & White Delft Plate - Molen Vrouwe Vennepolder. KAAGWEEK - 1962. SOLD


The tin glazed earthenware plate decorated in shades of blue with  the Vrouw Vennemolen (Nm 1006) in Ade, Leidseweg 3  (Gemeente Kaag & Brasem) a wip windmill with the text: KAAGWEEK  1962  - MOLEN VAN DE VROUWE - VENNEPOLDER. The rim decorated with floral motifs Trophy,  the second price, made for the annual sailing competition at the KAAG. (Holland, Near Leiden). The smaller 18 cm. (7.1 inches) plates were made for sale.

Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:
