Vintage Dutch Blue & White Royal Delft Hand Painted Plaque. Sailing Vessel - 1986

The tin glazed earthenware  plaque decorated in shades of blue with Dutch brown sailing vessels on a coastel strip. The rim decorated with stylized flowers in rotating panels.

Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:
