Antique Dutch Blue & White Royal Delft Schollen Plaque - 1897. After Koekoek. SOLD


The cartouche shaped tin glazed earthenware plaque decorated in shades of blue with a windmill on a waterfront in a Dutch landscape, surrounded with scrolls and geometric motifs. Under left: Naar G. Koekoek. A so called Schollen Plaque, after the shape of a plaice, a flat fish .
