The tin glazed earthenware plate commemorating the 70th anniversary of Emma of Waldeck and Pyrmont, Former Queen of the Netherlands and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg and later regent of her daughter Wilhelmina, during the latter’s minority from 1890 - 1918. Decorated in shades of blue within the center a heart with anchor and cross, surrounded with stylized flowers and motifs and the text:
